MISSION STATEMENT

We empower young, disadvantaged individuals to overcome hurdles, redefine their potential, and achieve success. Through mentorship, workshops, inspiration, and opportunity, we help them rise above challenges and reach new height because we believe greatness is a skill that can be taught and nurtured.

Vision

We envision a world where every young person no matter their background has the confidence, opportunities, and support to break barriers and achieve their full potential. We strive to create a future where ambition knows no limits, success is accessible to all, and young people are empowered to rise above circumstances and redefine what’s possible.

CLAREMONT HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMY

Damian Duguid has previously delivered motivational talks combined with a fitness/ stretches session at the Pepper Pot Centre, for our fathers of the community event on 18 th July and for a separate session on Friday 19 th September. The Pepper Pot Centre is a day care centre for the over 50’s with varying needs. Both Damian and his colleague were incredibly warm and engaging and developed a great rapport with our members. The members thoroughly enjoyed both sessions, which were very inspiring and well managed. Damian and his fellow colleague displayed great patience, and understanding whilst in discussion with our members.

THE PEPPER POT CENTRE

I thought this programme was good because you could be very open about what you want to say without thoughts of being judged and it teaches you how to change.

Funny. Teacher is cool. Learnt to change and other stuff.

I learnt about self-control and I liked the programme [and] I genuinely liked it.
